Burdie Budget Privacy Policy
Short version: Burdie Budget does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Your budget stays on your phone.
What the app stores
The envelopes, amounts, notes and dates you enter, plus your budget-cycle setting. They are kept in the app's private storage on your device. Nobody else can read them, including Burdie Solutions.
What the app collects
Nothing. Burdie Budget has no account or sign-in, no advertising, no analytics or tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app does not request internet access, so it cannot send your data anywhere.
Backups
If you choose Back up to a file, the app writes your budget to a file in the location you pick, such as your Downloads folder or a cloud drive. That file is then handled by the storage service you chose, under its own privacy policy. Restore reads only a file you select.
Android may also include app data in your device's own backup to your Google account, if you have that turned on. Google handles that backup; Burdie Solutions has no access to it.
Deleting your data
Uninstall the app, or go to Settings → Apps → Burdie Budget → Storage → Clear storage. Delete any backup files you saved the same way you'd delete any other file.
Children
Burdie Budget is intended for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
